As a Help Desk Support Officer your will be part of the Service Desk team  providing technical and educational support to clients and general support with information services.
 
To be successful in the role, you will have
  • Demonstrated experience in providing first and second level support for user technologies, personal productivity tools and business systems, and wireless and wired network services.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills, and ability to work and share knowledge and expertise in a team environment.     
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated client service ethos.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office/Exchange/ and user computing hardware (PC, smartphone, tablet).
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Cisco networking, SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server/directory services (Active Directory), would be advantageous.
