Green Light are looking for a Senior System Administrator (Quest). Senior System Administrator will be responsible for working on  Quest products and have an experience with one identity Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected and innovative team and an opportunity to showcase your skills in Quest products.

Responsibilities:-
  • Administer the Quest products
  • Proactively manage, monitor and maintain a high level of security, performance and availability for the organisation’s Windows servers virtualised across various platforms and data centres running virtual environments (including antivirus, endpoint and security monitoring systems).
  • Respond to escalated Service Desk requests and incidents in accordance with Service Levels, troubleshooting as required. Support the standard operating environment (SOE) infrastructure including, but not limited to, support of device builds, application installs and troubleshooting and packaging deployments.
  • Assist with projects and support systems hosted on cloud infrastructure (AWS and others) managing the underlying infrastructure design and maintenance hosting corporate systems and applications.
  • Ensure that all changes are undertaken in accordance with the organisation’s change control procedure.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with employed hardware and software vendors.
  • Effectively maintain and support all ICT infrastructure to agreed service levels including cloud based and co-located infrastructure.
  • Microsoft Active Directory Services – Domain Services & Federation Services, Group Policy etc.
  • Provide recommendations on appropriate technologies to be implemented and researched.
  • Manage delivery of KPIs and “business as usual” work and the resolution of incidents and requests within agreed service levels.
Experience looking for:-
  • Must have hands on experience with One identity Manager. 
  • Demonstrable experience in Active Roles Server
  • Change Auditor (Skype, AD Queries, Logon activity, Sharepoint)
  • Recovery Manager AD Forest edition

  • Unified Communications Analytics
  • One Identity Manager
  • IT Security Search
  • Strong Exchange 2010/2013 and Office 365 experience
  • Design, configure, administer, and support a range of infrastructure and technology services and assets
  • Microsoft core services, including Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, and SQL server; Citrix XenApp
  • Design, configure, administer, and support a range of infrastructure and technology services and assets.
