Sunnyfield is one of the largest, most progressive disability service providers in NSW. There is an exciting opportunity to join this busy and expanding IT team. A Diploma in IT or Business is preferred, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in IT projects.
In this role, you will provide business analysis and technical support to Business Systems clients acting as the pivot between end-users and IT to ensure that applications and technical support and business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT Induction training including installation of MDM software on user mobile phones and registration of staff in Riteq
- Provide applications support to core business systems, including in-house CRM, Workforce Management System (Riteq) and other systems as required.
- Provide basic infrastructure services including Mobile Device Management, Video Conferencing, and basic network remediation.
- Meet with user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements.
- Analysing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement.
- Analyse and deliver new business processes and initiatives, either managing some components of mid-sized initiatives or all components of small size initiatives.
- Working as part of a project team responsible for enhancing existing systems or developing new systems.
- Coordinating UAT to ensure the overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of system enhancement/development.
- Coordination of staff on-boarding including:
- Provision of IT Induction training and documentation;
- Facilitate systems access and equipment.
- Preparing material and providing training and assistance to end-users following system implementation.
- Provision of regular infrastructure and operational reports to the Senior Manager Business Systems and IT.
- System Promoter and Champion of Intranet and document management system.
- Preparation of Agenda and recording of Minutes of designated operational/project meetings.
- Project work as required
The Successful applicant will have:
- Knowledge of business analysis, methodologies, frameworks and documentation
- Knowledge of project management development, methodologies, project life cycle and project documentation
- Knowledge of MDM, video conferencing and base networking technologies support and administration
- Ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation
- Highly proficient in Word/Excel/Project/PowerPoint/Visio
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
- Very proficient in spoken English
- An understanding of the NFP/Disability sector
- Be able to work with little supervision once given a task to complete
- A motivated self-starter with good organisational skills
- Strong planning, analysis and communication skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and prioritise work
- A Diploma in IT or Business is preferred
