We are currently looking for two, technically savvy Project Managers on a contract basis to work on digital projects to further enhance a customer journey, both relating to front end and the systems that they operate on. 

Based in Melbourne's CBD, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for project planning in line with client expectations
• Provide weekly updates on delivery progress including costs and resourcing
• Experience building robust partnerships with stakeholders and external clients
• Responsible for the overall delivery of requirements and customer journeys

Experience: 

• 3+ years working as a Project Manager working across digital projects
• Strong understanding of the Agile methodology
• Managing technical staff (software development) as well as the CX team regarding UI/ UX
• Experience working with Jira and/ or confluence
  Knowledge of CMS and ERP/ CRM including related systems integration (AEM, Sitecore)
• Prior experience working in e-commerce/ online/ retail environments would be highly regarded
