Customer Service Wizard

We are an Apps Platform as a Service company with a unique product; a connected apps platform that powers intelligent decision-making by putting our client’s data to work 24/7 to give them impeccable visibility across their operations.

We work with clients across a number of different industries including mining and manufacturing to help them manage their record-keeping, projects, documents and resources in one place online; providing them with knowledge and insights that power their business.

We’ve been established since 1999 and have over 2m users of our platform globally. We have locations in San Francisco, Singapore, Bangladesh and the Philippines with our Head Office based in Brisbane CBD.

We are currently undergoing a period of growth for which we are expanding our team to enable focus on our marketing function.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable and energetic individual to assist us in supporting our users. We have well defined processes and we are dynamic.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Learning our product and service offerings
  • Learning about the industries and businesses we support
  • Be a point of contact for our existing users
  • Communicate via BSNAPPS Support Portal, Phone and Email
  • Understand client's business needs
  • Engage with users as required
  • Developing, scheduling and monitoring customer service related tasks
  • Being a strong guardian of our brand and ensuring consistent use of our brand guidelines
  • Follow our brand Tone of Voice guidelines
  • Create/update user documentations
  • Testing/QA our apps
  • Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00pm Mon - Fri

ABOUT YOU

  • You are enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about client engagement
  • You enjoy being part of a helpful, friendly and fun team
  • You have an interest in technology and data, organisation and like the idea of being part of a bigger vision for the future
  • You are organised, extremely detail oriented and efficient in how you work
  • You love accurate spelling and superb grammar!
  • You are digitally savvy, you know how to use technology efficiently and you can adapt to new software or online platforms easily
  • You’re unflappable, solutions-oriented and calm under pressure
  • You’re a self-starter with tonnes of initiative, you are reliable, you don’t need hand holding and can go out there, get things done, and make things happen!
  • You have completed or are currently undertaking a Bachelor or Diploma level course in Information Technology related field.
  • You have some experience in Programming and SQL
