THE ROLE
The successful candidate will process some of the below experience and will service cross functional management systems within this company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to broaden their skillset and work in a process orientated environment. It is an 6-month Contract looking for an immediate start.
Role / Responsibilities
- BAU role within Group HR for the ongoing management and support required to deal with HR data subject requests and data breaches. Effort in this area has increased since 25 May (GDPR)
- Management and advisory of execution of data subject requests in line with GDPR. Ie. Request for access, rectification, erasure etc.
- Interpreting GDPR legislation to advise on what data subject requests are allowed under GDPR.
- Management and advisory of data breach notifications in line with GDPR.
- Interpreting GDPR legislation to advise when a data breach has to be notified to the regulator.
- Performance of analysis of HR data to execute valid data subject requests (this could be a separate role all together)
Experience Required
- Privacy SME
- Legislative and compliance capability, ideally including GDPR
- Strong data analytics skills (HR data beneficial)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills - must be able to liaise effectively with very senior stakeholders
