You will be part of the Loyalty Analytics team that will provide both the insight to drive customer and segment strategies and the execution capability to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediated channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become the owner of segmentation for the loyalty program.
- Identify relevant potential segmentation to leverage for communications to members.
- Consult with Program Design Manager to develop offers to harness the potential segmentation insights with understanding of likely member behaviour outcomes.
- Work closely with Campaign Analysts to assist logic in selection of target members for campaigns.
- Consult with property marketing teams to develop non-member segments and propensity models.
- Consulting & engagement with internal business stakeholders on best practice customer interaction management.
- Develop insights to illuminate thinking and drive enhancements for future campaign performance, program design and ROI.
- Experience in the analytics-based interaction management industry.
- Experience in Consumer Analytics, Loyalty Program and Market Insight.
- Hands-on database querying experience in SQL essential.
- Experience in modelling techniques (e.g. propensity models, clustering segmentation) and tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R, etc.)
- Skills in Python will be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to a variety of stakeholders.
- Previous experience in consumer loyalty advantageous.
- Stakeholder management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and internal customer groups.
