As a Service Delivery Manager at Arq Group you will provide proactive Service Delivery management and Technical Leadership to designated customers. You will guarantee world class BAU support, improve solutions and take ownership of the entire customer solution!

What you get to do:

• Provide ownership and accountability of the coordination and management of the solution for each designated customer
• Maintain effective communication between internal teams and all third party agencies for Change, Incident and Release Management
• Identify any reoccurring service requests and investigate and refine service delivery processes
• Build effective relationships with all external and internal stakeholders
• Create and provide regular formal status reports of solution performance, incidents and changes to all stakeholders
• Regularly assess customer feedback and make necessary improvements to support processes and documentation
• Translate customer objectives into technical solutions for the customer.

About you:

• Technical background in a similar service delivery role
• AWS experience is essential
• Experience in a customer and ITIL Change, Incident and Release management
• Significant multi-disciplinary project/program management experience
• Demonstrated experience in deployment of mission critical communication infrastructure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to engage, influence and negotiate at all levels
• Motivation, flexibility and positive energy, with an ability to work under pressure
