We are working with a young and dynamic Brisbane based digital agency who are currently looking for a Lead Developer / Project Manager to join their organisation.
The business works with some of Brisbane's top Enterprise brands, SME's and Start-ups. They offer fun and relaxed working environment where you will be able to think outside the box, create and deliver innovative solutions for their clients and work with a highly skilled and collaborative close knit team of professionals.
This position would suit a lead / senior developer who is looking to take their next step into a delivery / project management role.
Scope of Work:
- End to end Project Management for projects across websites, web applications and SEO
- Manage multiple projects at once
- Scope & develop project requirements and plans for customers
- This will be a client facing role, so presentation skills are key
- The role will be hands off in terms of development, however you may be required to jump on the tools when needed
Required skills and Experience:
- 3 years experience as a lead developer, senior web developer or project manager
- Knowledge of UE software
- Proactive & open communication style & ability to rally the troops to deliver on time
- Experience in content management systems and HTML/CSS
- Strong technology background with an ability to address accessibility & compatibility issues
- Understanding of SEO & Google adwords (prefered)
- Ability to code, preferably PHP & JavaScript
