Role Purpose

As the business grows, we create opportunities in working with talents that have experience in driving strategic objectives. The E-Solutions Specialist is a strategic role responsible for driving the adoption and sales growth of RS e-Business solutions (web, Purchasing Manager, e-Procurement, e-Invoicing).

Part of the key responsibilities is to:

  • Achieve/exceed agreed quarterly / annual KPM target for the e-Applications revenue, and contribute to annual sales target as determined by Country Manager. The KPMs would include sales revenue, active accounts, compliance and e-Commerce customer adoption rate.
  • Make regular customer field visits to promote, negotiate, implement and follow up on e-commerce opportunities. Pro-actively work with local market Sales teams to identify and develop customer acquisition for e-Applications.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders and pro-actively drive sales growth through the adoption of RS e-business solutions.
  • Build relationships and Conduct regular review with the ANZ Sales teams on the progress of account development, contact penetration, channel compliance and sales performance.
  • Provide expertise and training to RS employees on RS e-business solutions i.e. web, Purchasing Manager e-Procurement and e-Invoicing and best practices for opportunity identification and compliance activities.
  • Provide monthly reports/updates to key stakeholders on customer adoptions and revenues in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Regularly communicate with other Large Customer e-Commerce Managers, e-Applications Specialists, and APAC e-commerce team to discuss best practice and recognize/support cross-border opportunities
  • Take ownership of e-Applications functionality in the local market and protect this functionality through code releases by supporting testing requirements.

To be a successful candidate, you need to have the following criteria:

  • Degree holder preferably Commerce/Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience in Business-to-Business selling and key account management 
  • Sound business / commercial acumen and understanding of purchase to pay processes and total costs of acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident and team player
  • Ability to build credibility and deliver results with integrity
  • Project management and prioritization skills
