Our client requires an experienced Business Analyst for a Credit Card Project. Suitable candidate will require a strong background in and a thorough knowledge of Credit Cards, VisionPlus and/or Base Global. 

You must have strong communication skills that enable them to engage with key business stakeholders as well as members of the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Project Scope and identify Key Stakeholders.
• Analysing customer service platforms and General card lifecycle processes.
• Conduct Impact Analysis and Develop requirements. 
• Elicit and document Business Requirements clearly and concisely. 
• Set up and run Requirement Workshops with Stakeholders in order to obtain Business Requirements.
• Develop and produce Process Diagrams to define 'Current' and 'Future State' processes.
• Provide Status Reporting on progress of Key Business Analysis Tasks.
• Utilise exceptional Communication Skills in order to engage with Key Stakeholders and work with Project Team members.

Key Selection Criteria

• Senior Business Analysis with Credit Card expertise. 
• Proven experience in Credit Cards, VisionPlus and/or Base Global Essential. 
• Experience with General Ledgers and General card lifecycle processes. 
• Experience with process definition and general analysis desirable
• Strong Business Process experience, with a thorough skill-set in Process Analysis and Mapping, Requirement Gathering and Documentation and Workshop facilitation.
• Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Strong and demonstrable skills in Process design for 'Current' and 'Future State' processes.
• Self Starter be Proactive and show Initiative. You must have the ability to work Autonomously, have high attention to Detail and must be Customer Experience Focussed.
