About the Role
We are seeking for a Big Data Engineer to join our team based in Melbourne CBD for 3 months contract project.
Skills & Experience
To successfully deliver this project you will need:
- Hadoop knowledge, Cloudera preferred
- Expert knowledge in Scala, Python and Java programming languages
- Expert knowledge in Spark (including Spark 2)
- Proficient in Infrastructure, particularly Redhat Linux
- Experience using and managing Big Data tools - Kafka, Zookeeper, Flume and Hive
- Knowledge/experience in Cyber Security preferable in particular experience in translating security business needs into insights and actions.
