This company is a market leader in its feild and is in the middle of its largest ever transformation
to become more product focussed and user centric. As part of this they are implementing some of the latest and greatest emerging tech in the market and they have managed to secure some of the best managers in the market to drive their journey.
This position will focus on project delivery and producing key deliverables in the analysis, design and implementation phases of a wide range of projects across several business units.
Expected to wear several hats, this person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects both in the operational and digital space.
Although different projects will require different skillsets, the high-level responsibilities and expectations for this role include:
- Support leadership in the development and execution of numerous strategic imperatives to deliver on P&L targets
- Work with stakeholders to identify gaps, non-value-added steps, challenges in current business environments and other impediments to efficient operation
- Design, develop and implement solutions that will greatly benefit the business
- Create as-is and to-be process maps, data models and define and document requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when required in a wide variety of projects. You will have worked in analysis and a project environment perhaps as a consultant across a range of area and may want to go end user. If so, this could be a great opportunity to gain that exposure.
