Join the team at Pickles in an exciting full time IT Service Desk Analyst position in our Rhodes office.
With over 25 locations across Australia and Asia, and nearly 1,000 employees, we continue to grow and innovate our business with diverse product lines across a range of industries, all the while maintaining our strong workplace culture instilled by the Pickles family.
In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing general IT Support for internal customers;
- Providing Level 1 support for external customers using our Live Online Auction System; website and other online services;
- Providing a high level of customer service;
- Resolving service tickets within agreed SLAs;
- Logging all incidents and requests using our ticketing system.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- TAFE Certificate or IT Degree (desirable)
- Outstanding customer service skills and communication
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Intermediate knowledge of IT and phone networks
- Basic knowledge of network protocols
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows applications and Windows desktop operating systems
