Senior Developer - Full Stack

Role Snapshot
As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, testing and documentation of web applications. The role will also mentor and provide guidance to other members of the development team.
The role will develop and test web based solutions across the full application stack and promote eXtreme Programming practice and values. Ensure solutions are testable and write automated unit, integration and E2E tests that support delivery.
How you will contribute
You will lead by example in areas of software development and mentor team members in practices and principles and also;
- Provide direction for one of more specialized areas of development
- Take a leading role in design discussions for some features
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and collaboratively implement target solution
- Keep abreast of bleeding edge technologies and champion their use where appropriate
Our Ideal Person
We are looking for someone with extensive development experience using modern technologies and languages (ideally 5+ years). Excellent experience with JavaScript based technologies and frameworks such as node.j, Restify/Express or React.js, Redux and Angular.js. Expert experience working across the full stack, advantageous and extensive knowledge in Agile engineering practices will be highly regarded. Experience working with AWS or other cloud based infrastructure providers and working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and meta languages like CoffeeScript and SASS.
