Sydney

Immediate requirement for a DevOps/Agile Coach to lead and drive the Devops processes and tools across IT Operations environment.

If you can demonstrate all of the following essential capabilities and a range of the desirable capabilities we would like to hear from you.

Essential Capabilities

• Experienced in setting-up the Devops team, defining and developing Devops tools/processes across IT Operation teams. 
• Demonstrated experience in IT security, business and/or technology architecture 
• Proficient in applying SAFe, Scrum or iterative methods through out the project delivery life-cycle
• Consultative approach with solid experience in coaching teams in the adoption of Devops practices
• Brings in-depth experience in process re-engineering - IT services/operations

Highly Desirable Capabilities

• Proven experience as a Agile/Devops Coach 
• Excellent People Management and Engagement Skills
• Ability to apply IT architecture frameworks/disciplines 
• Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder influencing skills
