Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years relevant experience in Saleforce/ Force.com application administration and development as a certified administrator and developer 
• Proficient in Salesforce architecture, Apex, workflow design, controllers, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Appexchange, Custom objects and Community Cloud
• Should have experience in Web Services based development and use of Salesforce API
• Should have knowledge of web technologies like Javascript, HTML/CSS and XML
• Should be capable of building on custom code as well as debugging/troubleshooting issues with them
• Should have experience of Marketing Cloud and its integration with Salesforce via data extensions
• Experience in Salesforce Communities.

Additional Desirable Skills:

·         Retail / Supply Chain experience an advantage.

·         Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer

·         Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1

          Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience using tools such as ServiceNOW.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Salesforce applications across the Enterprise
• Liaise directly with Business users to understand, analyse and resolve support related requests and incidents.   
• End to end ownership of support related requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
• Maintain application related support and knowledge documentation as required.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers and a variety of IT and business stakeholders.
• Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and new functionality.
• Adhere to company and project standards and guidelines.
• Accurate time management and reporting of own work.
• Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverables.
• Ability to work on multiple applications/ projects/ BAU enhancement simultaneously and must have a “can do” attitude.
