Short Description: SAP FICO consultant, well versed in S4 HANA/ECC, will take on the responsibility of Finance module for S4 HANA implementation from the client site.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and conduct BBP sessions with business team to capture requirements
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore team for timely delivery
• Involve business users for User acceptance testing and Sign off
• Involve all third party vendors for system integration testing.
• Perform cutover activities and data migration
• Provide hyper care support to business after Go-live
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Essential :
• Worked as consultant on a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP implementations including all phases of a project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration / development of SAP FI/CO functionalities, training, migration, cutover and go-live support.
• Experience in designing and implementing Product Costing and COPA reporting systems.
• Excellent consulting skills to enhance & improve existing SAP / Non-SAP processes, solutions based on Best Practices backed by strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to build up a strong relationship among business users.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Preferred:
• 8+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
• 8 years relevant experience in S4 HANA/SAP ERP, system implementations and consulting in FI/CO.
• Deep functional understanding about FI: New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, New Asset Accounting, relevant Master Data objects and the integration with Procurement.
• Deep functional understanding about CO: Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Project Systems and relevant Master Data objects.
• Functional experience with the delivery of custom developments and data feeds from/to various surrounding applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
