About the role

The successful ecommerce Functional Lead will be predominantly client facing and responsible for:

• Leading the functional stream of ecommerce projects
• Championing Agile delivery methodology within the organisation
• Applying a user centric approach and best practices to create an optimal user experience
• Working with development teams across different time zones

About you
You will be expected to meet the following criteria:

• Working knowledge of ecommerce platforms E.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Working experience and ideally certified in Waterfall/Agile Project Management
• Proven experience of strategy implementation and delivering end to end ecommerce solutions
• Willingness to travel when required to visit clients anywhere in Australia or New Zealand
• Ability and flexibility to manage development teams across different time zones
