• Global IT Organisation – working at Client site
• 3 month initial contract with possibility of extension
• Sydney CBD location

An experienced Desktop Engineer with Windows 10 experience required for 3 month initial contract based in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support of PCs (personal computer hardware, peripherals and software) in an onsite capacity.  
• Install, configure and support personal computers, peripherals and software as required to meet Service Level Agreements. 
• Perform second and third level problem determination for PCs.  Undertake the design of systems and the analysis of high level problems and issues and provide advice to Support Engineers and customers on the most appropriate method of resolution/implementation.  

Essential qualifications/experience:

• Relevant experience and technical understanding.
• General Desktop – Windows, Microsoft Support Experience – Windows 10 preferred
• Understanding of technology infrastructure.
• Experience in dealing and negotiating with customers.
• Must have a strong customer focus, proven analytical ability, and excellent communication skills.
• Recognised IT industry certification(s) or relevant tertiary qualification in information technology
