The role
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced IT trainer to take the lead in this firm and manage the workplace training and helpdesk program. Utilise your IT skills and legal background to progress your career at this firm!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the IT training program for the firm, rolling out all in-house systems and programs, providing induction and on-going training across electronic and manual processes to new starters and existing staff, providing helpdesk support and assisting senior management with continuous improvement to IT operations.

About you
To be considered, you MUST have previous IT experience in a law firm (ie Level 2 or 3 helpdesk support) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Experience in developing IT training programs in a law firm will be highly regarded.
