We are looking for a talented Automation Test Analyst to join an ASX Listed Company and Global Leader in their sector to be part of a number of exciting projects!
About the client:
Our client is one of Australia's largest provider of entertainment products and services. They are ASX and are a world-class, diversified entertainment group!
About the Role:
In this role, you will report directly to the Project Manager while you assist in the delivery of development outcomes in order to facilitate increased project velocity and so support successful project outcomes for a large and complex ICT project. To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about showing your team how to deliver quality outcomes, understand best engineering practice and its value, enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with teammates, and have a keen opinion and desire to voice your ideas & thoughts at meet-ups and conferences! You will be joining a major division of the business where you will have the opportunity to be part of a number of exciting projects, in a constantly changing and evolving environment across a range of development and testing teams!
Required Skills and Experiences:
- At least 5 years demonstrated experience as a Test Analyst.
- Automation experience using Selenium/ Gauge (JMeter/ SoapUI).
- Testing on Java experience/background or Linux environments
- Must possess a strong understanding and hands on experience of Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Previous experience testing on Docker/Microservices, API and UI
- Experience integrating into CI/CD pipeline e.g. Drone (/Bamboo/TeamCity)
- Strong ability to plan and create test scripts.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills.
- Expertise with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent experience with feature and performance testing.
- Previous experience in contributing, speaking at meetups/conferences/etc. is a must.
