About the business
We are an IT business that provides services to clients of all shapes and sizes. These services include:
- Management and administration of ICT infrastructure
- Project work (Wi-Fi / Voice / Cloud migrations / Solution deployment)
- Support (Escalated support)
- Solution design
- Mobile app development (Wearables / iOS / Android)
- General development (Tracking applications / Custom Integration)
Many of our customers fit in the Aged Care / Community Care / Healthcare space.
About the role
We need this person to assume the role of Systems Administrator (though a little Networking knowledge would be beneficial). This person needs to be proficient with ICT infrastructure in a corporate environment. Things like AD / Exchange / Citrix / VmWare etc shoud be your bread and butter. This will be an operational role, so supporting the infrastructure and primary support team will be your focus (working within an ITIL framework).

Skills and experience
Experience with managing users + infrastructure in a corporate environment is a must. Due to the variety of customers we have, we are seeking someone who has a broad skillset. Experience with the following technologies / applications are ideal:
- Microsoft Server
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DHCP / DNS etc
- Exchange
- SCOM / SCCM / SCSM (Desirable but not essential)
- Load balancers
- Citrix
- VmWare / Hyper V
- Firewalls
- Database knowledge desirtable
