YOUR MISSION

Be the first Presales Engineer for the business - Pivotal role in helping us secure clients like Qantas, L'Oreal and McDonald's. Working collaboratively with Sales and CX Teams, managing RFPs/RFIs, demo'ing our product and being the Technical expert to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Consulting: Strategically drive revenue within Enterprise opportunities to ensure that ANZ Sales team quarterly and annual revenue targets are exceeded.
    • Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering:  Prepare technical and function specific demonstrations, submit RFPs and prepare client proposals.
    • Strategy & Planning: Develop an intimate understanding of potential customer's business, technical issues and organizational structure, and document using appropriate systems.  
    • Manage: Successful working relationships with Sales, CX and Enterprise opportunity personnel as required.
    • Sales Resource: Be the technical resource for Deputy Sales team.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT

    • Strong analytical/Technical skills
    • Ideal: Degree qualified in and IT related field
    • Minimum of 4 years in a customer facing presales/technical account management environment.
    • Experience working with a software and/or cloud company is a plus.
    • Experience or exposure to WFM or HCM applications is a bonus.
    • Understanding of a sales process and the importance of presales in the process.
    • Proactive and self-motivated
