Salary up to 115k +Super + Bonus
We are looking for a good BA with rounded domain experience, ideally on Cards/CRM, Data Integration.
Looking for a strong BA to bridge the gap between the business and the technical team. The role may be involving BPM diagram and Technical Specs or Functional Specs. Many of the projects have a digital element so prior experience working digital projects with prior experience working on prototypes and creating wireframes will be beneficial.
Key duties.
Analysing and delivering business process initiatives
Meeting user groups to gather and analyse end user requirements
analyse workflow and create process maps
As is, to be and gap analysis documentation
Produce technical specifications
Coordinate UAT
Working as part of the project team responsible for enhancing existing system or developing new systems.
Skills and attributes
Strong ability to converse with end users and IT across all levels
Good knowledge of SDLC
Excellent communication skills
Strong appreciation of IT and business strategy
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities
Knowledge of business process reengineering
