About the Role
Offering managed services, professional services and also software solutions to our clients means that there will be a lot of diversity within this role.
This role would require the successful applicant have the capacity to scope, plan and implement technology solutions for our clients.
You will need to be able to quickly trouble shoot issues and delegate work as required to our in-house team, and if required jump in and fix the issues yourself.
Having the ability to quickly understand business issues, identify potential solutions and then put those ideas into action will be a regular component of this role.
Previous management of staff would be an advantage, but isn't a must. A stronger asset would be the ability to receive feedback internally and externally, learn and grow from the experience.
A base level of knowledge, experience and qualifications is essential, but we will be more inclined to choose our preferred applicant based on attitude, willingness and capacity to grow.
Preferred Technical Skill-set
- Experience in managing and deploying both on premise and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft certifications would be advantageous)
- Experience in scripting (SQL, Powershell, etc)
- Experience in project management would be an advantage
