Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced "Technical Business Analyst' to provide relevant and accurate analysis of current and proposed information systems, business workflows, projects, policies and procedures to support the delivery of IT projects and services across organisation.
 
Experience Required

• Extensive business analysis experience in gathering user requirements, defining user stories, prioritising user stories, defining non-functional requirements, defining data models, providing input to running solution design sessions and future state models.
• Proven ability to document and develop detailed functional specifications, (including non-functional requirements) from business requirements
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and functional specifications
• Demonstrated experience in monitoring Technical Business Analysts,
