The Company
CRM of automotive dealerships. They are looking for a problem coordinator, ideal someone from a application/product support background.
Your Profile
This person needs to have the ability to liaise with high level technical production teams and IT support/Service Desk people.
The person needs to take a holistic view of the whole environment and assess where the repeat technical support issues are being identified as consistent problems. Then report back to the support desk manager/senior management on a solution for the problems.
Currently we are using Jira for all the Service desk and development (Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, etc.)
MUST HAVE PR or AUSTRALIAN CITIZENSHIP
