Talenza have been engaged by a leading healthcare company to find a number of experienced Senior Project Managers to help deliver a large system transformation. This program is part of a group wide investment of circa $150m over the next 3 years to transform our clients business across the ANZ region to enable a greater customer experience, with the ability to diversify and further grow its hold into the health industry.
It is critical the successful individual has a proven Project Management experience across large complex application deployment and integration experience ideally with healthcare or clinical systems.
In this role, you will leverage your strong project management and stakeholder management skills to deliver a number of high profile complex projects with high risk factors given it's within the health industry. With that, we need an individual who also has strong technical and organisational change management skills.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in technology or project management related fields
- A minimum of 6 years Project Delivery experience
- Experience delivering large scale application delivery and integration experience
- Experience working with clinical or healthcare related systems ie Pathology, Laboratory, Patient Administration Systems etc
- Prince2, PMP OR Agile qualifications
- Strong change & risk management skills
- Ability to work in constantly changing environments
- Exceptional communicator with strong stakeholder experience
