We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to join our team on a one-year contract. At Datacom we believe in having a learning culture and providing our people with the tools to become great leaders, engaged in their roles and have all the very best tools to continue growth and development in their career with us.

In this role you will be reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, assisting management in implementing a new approach for learning and development, with a focus on programme curation, delivery and measurement of Datacom’s selected training programs. You will be responsible for co-ordinating, implementing and measuring our training and development programs and learning tools, aligning them with business outcomes, and driving participation, engagement and career development across the business. You will also take ownership of tracking, measuring and reporting on participation and value.

Some of your duties will include…

Analysis of business requirements
Assisting in the roll out of our learning software programme
Work alongside managers in developing learning plans
To build effective relationships with training providers
To review and improve existing training courses
To track and measure validity and participation

Experience/Knowledge we would like to see includes…

Understanding of the Learning and Development industry
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Experience working in learning in the IT industry
Understanding of the global market, and the tools available to us
