Verse Group are actively recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a growing technical team on a contract basis. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will join a rapidly growing business in the Melbourne CBD to work with internal stakeholders across the country and internationally to ensure all customer issues are resolved in a professional and efficient manner.

As Service Desk Analyst you will:

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and operating systems.
  • Manage and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Manage user privileges
  • Manage tickets using ServiceNow
  • Ensure accurate asset management records and maintained

You will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An understanding of the big picture and the initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • A strong knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems.
  • A strong knowledge of AD, Office365
  • Experience with a wide range of hardware solutions
  • Exposure to IT Asset Management
  • Strong experience with both in person and over the phone support environments
  • MCSA or ACSP will be highly regarded but not essential
