Verse Group are actively recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a growing technical team on a contract basis. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will join a rapidly growing business in the Melbourne CBD to work with internal stakeholders across the country and internationally to ensure all customer issues are resolved in a professional and efficient manner.
As Service Desk Analyst you will:
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software and operating systems.
- Manage and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Manage user privileges
- Manage tickets using ServiceNow
- Ensure accurate asset management records and maintained
You will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- An understanding of the big picture and the initiative to solve problems as they arise
- A strong knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems.
- A strong knowledge of AD, Office365
- Experience with a wide range of hardware solutions
- Exposure to IT Asset Management
- Strong experience with both in person and over the phone support environments
- MCSA or ACSP will be highly regarded but not essential
