We are looking Technical Writers who can produce high-quality documentation.
  

Job Responsibilities:

Key duties of the successful candidate may include:

• Review existing processes and workflow documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders to elicit information required to create work instructions for Policies
• Ability to develop new processes, and make changes to diagrams and process flows in existing documentation
• Update existing, and create new, policies for new systems implementation
• Create new technical documentation and definition of end to end processes - which will be used for training.
