About the role
The Digitalisation Business Analyst is responsible for interpreting business requirements for an ecommerce project and, whilst liaising with internal business stakeholders and external providers, determine the best way to implement new business processes and integration points.
Some of the key responsibilities for the role:
- Work with subject matter experts to scope and document feasibility of various business processes and integrations to achieve business objectives in relation to the ecommerce project,
- Ensure the integrity and security of business data
- Coordinate and be the key point of contact for issues within the internal ecommerce environment
- Ensure the timely delivery of quality ecommerce internal business processes and integrations
About you
The incumbent is required to quickly develop a working knowledge of the retail and IT ecosystem and is responsible for briefing in changes required to existing internal systems and managing deliverables to a high standard of quality.
With strong analytical skills and experience, you will demonstrate an understanding of general accounting, supply chain, sales and business principles. Your exceptional interpersonal communication skills, commitment to building positive and collaborative relationships, high degree of autonomy, integrity and proactivity will all contribute to your success in this role.
- Qualifications in Computer Science or other related field
- Experience with SAP applications or equivalent ERP system
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
- An understanding of general accounting, supply chain, sales and business principles
