This position is responsible for the management and development of products and services for Toyota Fleet Management (TFM). The role involves the analysis of competitor, customer & product research leading to subsequent proposal and development of future initiatives and projects.  This also entails recommendations to enhance the fleet channel performance with successful implementation planning and business readiness activities.

Your key responsibility will be for the development of new products and services to support our future ready capability in mobility services. You will be at the cutting edge of fleet management development using technologies such telematics and car share platforms to support our customers in managing their fleets, driving efficiency and maximising utilisation.

You will need to demonstrate capability to

• Develop incentives/campaigns to maximise product and services penetration in new and existing business
• Preparation of business cases to support new product and / or services development
• Preparation and execution of implementation plans including business readiness activities to ensure the successful implementation of a new product and / or service
• Ensure suitable acquisition and retention strategies are in place for all customers and a specific focus on key customers in conjunction with the TFM Teams / Management
• Management / Support of Marketing and Promotional Material with Strategic Planning & Marketing, as required
• Work closely with suppliers to develop new and existing products, specify performance measures and reporting requirements including the negotiation and execution of supplier Service Level Agreements
• Ensure our teams are adequately trained on the services and process / procedures in consultation with the Fleet Training Consultant

You will be need to keep abreast of industry and customer trends to identify strategic gaps to support our vision as our customers Trusted Fleet Advisor. We will need you provide analysis reports on competitive product and price offering, performance, sales distribution activity within market segments.  

To ensure your success in this role, ideally you will have : 

• Tertiary qualifications in Business/Commerce
• Product management experience in financial services or Fleet industry
• Knowledge of fleet industry
• Understanding the systems that impact delivery of products
• Understanding of the levers affecting product profitability
• Solid financial and analytical skills particularly in relation to product pricing.
