Excellent opportunity for an experienced Python / GIS Developer to join an highly intellectual team and be part of some interesting research and development work.

You will be working with a team of remote sensing and data scientists on novel remote sensing data

To be successful in this role:

• Develop data processing modules to process satellite, plane and drone imagery
• Work on real-time data received via Satellites, Drones and Planes
• Machine learning and modelling techniques (Regression modelling & Hydra modelling)
• Ability to build own applications using Quantum GIS is an added advantage
• Computer Vision knowledge
• Experience using Golang / JavaScript, etc
• Experience with databases including SQL and MongoDB
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management 
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Be a self starter and self learner (Learning resources will be provided)
• PhD in remote sensing / agriculture / geo-spatial (desired)
