The Test Crew
The IT Division have moved to agile methods to deliver on projects, and they are shifting to a leaner approach to project delivery. Their test team is 30 strong and they are a collaborative close knit team spread amongst multiple large projects.

The Gig
As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the team, preparing the test strategy, test cases and associated test plans. You will define the scope of testing and plan, deploy and manage the testing strategy across multiple projects. You will manage and grow team members and ensure the appropriate testing tools, including automation testing tools are implemented. 

About You
You are a natural born leader and have at least 2 year’s experience in leadership where you have managed teams of 8+. You have extensive test experience including Manual and Automation Testing, as well as Performance Testing. You are agile through and through. You must have strong written and verbal communications skills and the proven ability to inspire and engage teams as well as dealing with stakeholders.
  
Skills

• 8 years extensive testing experience - manual, automation and performance
• 2 years leading teams of 8+
• Commercial experience with Jmeter
• Commercial experience with cloud platform like AWS
• Experience with CI/CD tool like Bamboo, Jenkins, etc.
• Excellent communications, both written and verbal
• Strong with APIs testing and SQL
