An amazing opportunity has opened up for an experienced Pre-sales Manager to join a global vendor in the BPA, RPA and Capture technologies. Due to an internal restructure, we are currently seeking a professional individual to work in a 'lead by example' technical focused sales role.
Leading a small team of Sales Engineers, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in preparing client demos and presentations, whilst on the development of RFI's and Proof of Concepts. On the management side, you will ensure that your team are assigned to customer projects, manage their quarterly/annual business plan and scheduling appropriate training.
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Experience in the leadership of a technical and/or Pre-sales team.
- Strong experience working in the BPM, RPA, Capture space
- The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience in the development of RFI's
- The ability to perform client demonstrations
- A strong history in delivering on deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to consult to all levels - Up to C-level
