Information Security Consultant

We have two roles available for client-facing IT Security Consultants with the following backgrounds:

• demonstrated experience and knowledge of information security principles and practices across a range of engagements.
• Working experience with intrusion detection systems
• Installation, configuration, monitoring and response to security system issues
• Understanding and experience in advanced security protocols and standards for mid-enterprise sites.
• Demonstrated experience across a range of software and security architectures
• A track record evaluating and developing approaches to contemporary IT security solutions
• A prior track record proactively assessing potential items of risk and opportunities of vulnerability in a complex network environment.
• Experience in maintaining security practices across multiple related business entities. 
• Prior experience supporting and maintaining the day-to-day administration of security and governance across a multinational site. 

General requirements for the role:

• Ideally, 3-5 years+ experience in information technology security
• Strong communications skills, both written and oral with experience working at a local and international level.
• Organized, responsive and highly thorough problem solver
• Minimum Certification of Associate's degree in Computers, Technology or related field
• Recognised IT industry awards / certification in IT Security e.g. CISSP, CEH, CISM etc
