Contract opportunity for an experienced Service Support Officer based on the Gold Coast
Your new company
As a result of recent company growth, this Not For Profit organisation is seeking an experienced Service Support Officer to join their busy Gold Coast team on a contract basis.
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for IT related issues, providing Level 1 support for internal staff and escalating issues when needed. This role has a strong focus on efficiently troubleshooting applications and hardware. As an experienced IT support technician, you will feel comfortable communicating with over the phone and face to face to resolve Level 1 issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication skills, a customer service focus, a positive attitude and a driven nature. As an experienced Service Support Officer, you will be able to set up and troubleshoot hardware and software, with history using the following technologies:
- Active Directory
- Exchange
- SOE, software and hardware deployment
- Software Applications
- Australian Citizen
