• Support the Manager Waste Regulation in the effective discharge of regulatory functions under the Act and Regulation.
• Develop project specifications and other documents, as required, to support the development of the Regulatory Management System.
• Communicate broadly and effectively with stakeholders.
• Other duties as required by the Manager, Waste Regulation.

• Demonstrated experience collecting requirements under legislation, and working with stakeholders in the development of specifications for ICT projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with contracted service providers in the translation of specifications into deliverables for ICT projects.
• Demonstrated experience producing high quality project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, to build and maintain working professional working relationships, and to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently display commitment to and leadership in the principles of workplace diversity, participative work practices and workplace health and safety.
