Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : 

1. Analyse, Design and Develop end to end workflow solution and integration requirements in the areas of Oracle Banking Platform and Oracle BPM/ SOA Suite.
2. Undertake proof of concepts (POC) for workflow requirements based on Oracle BPM/ SOA Suite.
3. Integrate workflow solution with downstream and 3rd party systems
4. Identify technology limitations, deficiencies and areas of improvements in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.
5. Interact with the project offshore team for delivering the workflow solution
6. Support the integration, testing, deployment and release management activities

Skills Requirement :

Candidate should possess

1. 6-9 years of IT experience in Banking and Financial Services domain
2. Hands on experience with Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) of 4-6 years
3. Hands on experience with Oracle SOA/BPM Suite of 2-3 years
4. Should have very good knowledge and experience on Workflow concepts and techniques including Assignment, Routing, SLA, Priority, Escalation, Notification, Business Rules and Monitoring
5. Excellent programming skills on Java
6. Experience on Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)  
7. Good communication and presentation skills
8. Experience executing projects based on Agile Methodology
