Cutover Manager
Our client, who is a leader within their industry, requires a Cutover Manager as part of a large and complex ERP finance transformation program. This Cutover Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing all technical and business cutover activities hence leading to a successful implementation and adoption of the solution.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and execute a detail cutover plan covering all business and technical activities which includes a mock and actual go-live
- Created Cutover strategy/approach
- Co-ordinate with all functional work streams, data migration, business change management and security and other relevant functions
- Liaise with Organisational Change Management team to conduct and generate cutover communication sessions
- Manage, plan and develop logistics and staff for Cutover command centre
- Track status, report, resolve and escalate cutover issues as and when required
- Take ownership of business and technical cutover plan
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex ERP cutovers in geographically disbursed organisations both from a technology and business view
- Ability to engage with a range of stakeholders and facilitate and conduct workshops
- Delivering technical cutovers of either Workday Finance or Mulesoft will be highly regarded
- Managing complex financial systems cutovers will be highly regarded
- Ability to simultaneously define and execute multiple detailed activity plans whilst articulating status and progress clearly to relevant key stakeholders
- Understanding of how ERP systems operate and function
- Strong cutover management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience supporting dynamic ERP environments preferably in a finance context
- Using MS Project and Scheduling tools
