Boral is Australia's largest building and construction materials supplier with operations in all states and territories. Our Digital Delivery team is working on a significant pipeline of work to ensure our Customers have a great experience every time they interact with us.  

We are seeking an outstanding professional to join the team as a permanent Delivery Lead. This newly created role, reporting to the Product Owner- Customer Experience, will drive the delivery of new capabilities.

We are a collaborative organisation and use Agile methods such as DevOps and Scrum to deliver efficiently to our customer (internal and external).

We are seeking an outstanding professional with:-

• 4+ years of experience of project/product delivery management
• Experience in vendor management, risk management, finance and commercial discussions
• 4+ years of experience in Scrum master Role
• Experience assisting agile teams with all aspect of executing the end to end delivery value chain (product backlog definition, planning etc.)
• Proven experience of organising and facilitating agile ceremonies (planning sessions, daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives etc.) 
• Proven experience of inspiring, coaching, motivating others and working in a team
• Genuine passion for achieving results and can-do attitude
• Advanced Certification in Scrum highly desirable
• Experience in or understanding of technical discipline such as software development, operations support, solution design  desirable. 
• Domain knowledge in Customer Experience and Customer advocacy desirable

The Delivery Lead has dual responsibilities of scrum master and delivery manager. They facilitate the work of the team including estimation, planning, and other ceremonies - developing teams for high levels of autonomy within defined remit of the team.

Delivery Leads are expected to be actively involved with their team(s) ensuring they have the necessary capabilities to deliver value and continue to get better at doing so.
