Business Analyst – CRM and Supply Chain

Our client is a major retailer that is undergoing a systems integration and organisational transformation. Key among these systems transformation is a consolidation of their existing CRM system and supply chain processes

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement and technology to map existing processes and applications environment
• Analyse current state of technology and business processes
• Gather business requirements for new CRM
• Gather business requirements for supply chain systems
• Identify gaps in process
• Map as is and to be processes with the idea to streamline functional requirements and simplify systems
• Work across multiple business streams to ensure cross functional needs and opportunities are effectively identified

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate

• Successful integration of retail specific CRM including Dynamics, Oracle Retail, Salesforce or other
• Experience in working across multiple business streams and adapting CRM to fit business needs across functional areas
• Experience working with implementation of supply chain systems including WMS, TMS or others
• 5-7 years as a Business Analyst
• Work in partnership with business streams and identify potential for cross functional needs and opportunities
• Experience in retail is a significant advantage but not necessary
