The role:
You will hit the ground running by leveraging your .Net development and unit testing skills as well as your front end AngularJS development skills to design solutions and be actively involved in the development of these solutions. You will enjoy a variety of customer projects, and you will build on your commercial software development experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop solutions with a high quality focus, utilising techniques such as Test Driven Development, Unit/Integration Testing and Continuous Integration.
- Ensure products are well designed, well built and have flexible architectures
- Adhere to coding, architecture, design and documentation standards
- Quickly identify and communicate potential problems, risks and issues and ensure prompt follow up work is done
- Work with other team members, architects and development leads to create technical solutions and specifications to define how requirements will be satisfied utilising industry best practice tools and approaches
- Participate in client meetings
- Understanding the project outcome, being proactive and contributing actively in the day to day activities of the project
About you - you will have:
- 5+ years' experience as a .Net Developer, working in a team environment, with 2+ years in an agile, large-scale, commercial environment
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Highly developed communication skills
- Ability to design technical solutions based on requirements using design patterns and best practices
- Experience developing web-services and integration with 3rd party web services
- Experience with Test Driven Development, utilising unit testing and continuous integration and deployment
- Demonstrable involvement or engagement with the Development community

- MS SQL Server
- AngularJS
- Javascript
- Experience in mentoring junior staff
- QA responsibility such as setting standards and reviewing code
