About the business

We are looking to employ an experienced workshop technician to provide quality IT support and hardware repairs for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent customer service and be willing to fit into a close knit team.

About the role

Core duties:

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in the workshop
Knowledge on computers, servers and network devices
Assist senior technicians when required
Completing jobs and tasks unassisted
Other ad-hoc responsibilities from time to time

Skills and experience

Six months experience in a similar role
TAFE (or similar) certifications would be well regarded
Sound technical troubleshooting skills
An understanding of computer hardware
Willing to work different shifts
A current WA driver's license
