Responsibilities 
 
 Identify usage entitlements for software currently in use within the organisation
  • Produce compliance statements and other relevant documentation as required
  • Provide remediation advice for compliance as required
  • Ensure compliance by initiating remediation activities as required
  • Vendor management as required to obtain necessary data
  • Progress tracking and reporting
 
Required Skills 
  • Experience in Software Agreements and constructs
  • Experience in Software licensing models and their application
  • Strong facilitation skills and relationship building
  • Attention to detail, both in numbers (financials) and in contract (or similar) documents
  • Experienced in problem-solving and managing risks and issues
  • Strong ability to debate and hold a position, while also understanding alternative views/solutions
  • A relentless determination in finding results
  • Excellent liaison skills, strong vendor management skills, research skills and specialist software licensing knowledge.
