We are looking for a number of Business Analysts for a few contracts with one of our clients. You must have had experience in a previous role and be available for an immediate start.
Working with a team of IT professionals, these roles are required to support the PM in the strategy and delivery of projects as well as planning around business expectations, requirements and reporting.
The role
- Design and implement a Technology Strategy aligned to the Business Strategy
- Work on high-level projects in line with client plans and project work
- Ensure delivery of IT services consistent with service level agreements and industry best practice methodologies
- Working with internal and external business stakeholders and vendors including business units, managers and teams
- Taking ownership of BA activities and ensure work is delivered on time in line with project expectations
- Have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to manage time and meet deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Be comfortable working within a structured project management environment, and
- Advanced in Microsoft Visio and proficient with MS Office applications
To be suitable:
- Proven experience in a similar role working on large projects with tight deadlines
- Experience and confident in all aspects and parts of a project cycle as well as dealing with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Experience in the Health and Government industry
- Experience in working in a complex and high performing environment
- Experience with BPMN 2.0
