ServiceNow Administrator - Melbourne CBD - Permanent
My client is a large well known organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. They have a unique opportunity for a solid ServiceNow Administrator to join on a permanent or contract to permanent basis in their growing team. This role would ideally suit someone with some experience with Service Now.
Key Requirements for ServiceNow Admin
- Support the development teams
- Maintain software as required to resolve system or application issues
- Address application development environment operational processes, including:
- Application maintenance
- Password administration
- Application performance reviews
- Monitor system performance
- Perform patch upgrades
- Provide L1/L2 support
- Deep technical skills
- Knowledge of web development and programming languages
