Role Purpose

To provide quality and efficient technology based services to the Company and other companies as directed.

Performance Deliverables

•Provide desktop and network support.
•LAN/WAN installation and deployment services.
•SOE design, configuration and patching
•Office 365 support
•Skype for business support
•Share point support
•Systems administration.
•Device and asset management.
•Technology procurement as required.
•Infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
•Projects and project management as required.
•General administration duties as required.
•Ticket SLA management
•Audits
•Reporting as required

Your Attributes (Skills/Experience/ Education)

Demonstrated expertise in:

•Effective time management skills including accurately estimating the time taken to complete each task.
•Meeting and exceeding client expectations.
•Quality and accuracy of work.
•Effectively following work flow procedures.
•Effectively prioritising jobs.
•Effectively working to requirements of the business & meeting deadlines.
•Relationship building with key stakeholders in existing and new clients.
